Subscription Plans
When you choose a Lift subscription, you agree to an initial payment and recurring charges at the frequency of your plan. By enrolling, you acknowledge responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
Subscription Payments
- The initial payment is taken at checkout.
- Recurring payments are billed automatically on the same date as your original order.
- Example: if you subscribe on 1st September, your next billing date will be 1st October (monthly plan).
- If your payment fails, your subscription will pause until payment is completed.
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel anytime through the customer subscription portal.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
- If cancelled after your billing date, you will receive your final delivery and no further charges will apply.
Amending or Pausing Your Subscription
You can delay, skip, or pause an order via the subscription portal at least 5 days before your next billing date.
Paused subscriptions retain any accrued rewards.
Promotional Offers on Subscriptions
- Subscription discounts (e.g., “subscribe & save”) cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
- First-order promotions or free gifts apply only to your initial subscription cycle.
- Ongoing subscription cycles are billed at the standard subscription rate.
Shipping for Subscription Products
- FREE shipping is included with all subscription plans.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, but UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
- Promotional express delivery may apply only to first orders.
